Let’s get ready to bundle

Sony’s PS5 stock shortages continue but there are signs of the situation improving, with the gaming giant launching it’s first official PS5 bundle including Horizon Forbidden West.

The new bundle is available in a number of UK retailers, including Argos and Smyths.

Priced at an RRP of £500/£499, it’s effectively a £20 saving compared to buying the console and game separately.

There have been plenty of unofficial bundles available since the launch of the PS5, with retailers often limiting sales just to bundled packages, as oppose to standalone console purchases. However, this the first proper bundle we’ve seen from Sony themselves, complete with new box packaging.

Stock seems to be appearing sporadically; we’ve seen Argos with stock and at the time of writing Smyths toy shop are taking pre-orders for the package.

Horizon Forbidden West launched earlier this year to rave reviews and is no doubt on many gamers’ playlists if they haven’t picked it up already.
